Application for admission of new ordinary shares

Freeplay, the original and leading global brand of clean, dependable energy products, is pleased to announce that application for admission to trading on AIM for 12,352,940 new ordinary shares pursuant to the private placement announced on 29 November 2007 has been made.

The Board anticipates that the total funds raised from the private placement announced on 29 November 2007 of $1.26 million ('Private Placement') and the placing and subscription, announced on 20 November 2007, of approximately US $4.3 million ('Placing and Subscription) will satisfy the working capital requirements of the Company through to at least the third quarter of the financial year commencing 1 January 2008.

It is expected that admission for the 12,352,940 new ordinary shares relating to the Private Placement will take place and dealings will commence on Thursday, 20 December 2007.

The holdings of the Directors following admission of the 12,352,940 new ordinary shares will be as follows:

(1) Mr. Stear's current shareholding is held by the Flambard Settlement of which he is a beneficiary and by Wild Investments Limited in which he is interested. The New Ordinary Shares attributable to Mr. R.M. Stear will be owned by Flambard Holdings Limited, a company in which Rory Stear is interested.
(2) Mr. Roddick's current shareholding includes 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares held by Wild Investments Limited, in which he is interested.

Following admission of the 12,352,940 new ordinary shares the Company will have a total of 96,864,599 ordinary shares in issue.
