The Company has received notification that in accordance with sections 198 to 202 of the Companies Act 1985, Merrill Lynch Investment Managers Limited has a non-beneficial interest in 4,868,752 ordinary shares representing 9.78 per cent of the enlarged issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
