Press Release - Splash Communications:

Brighten Mother's Day with a Freeplay Energy flashlight!
For practical and dependable mums who always know what to do in an emergency, look no further for the perfect, alternative, mother's day gift this year than the new wind-up and rechargeable Xray LED and Jonta flashlights from Freeplay Energy.

Both products produce an intense, ultra bright beam of light using a cluster of LEDs that never require replacing. A short-duration wind of the handle is all that is needed to provide light whenever it is needed, and energy saving and full power settings provide a range of options for every possible use on dark winter nights.

The Xray LED torch (£29.99 from Argos, John Lewis and wider retail outlets) is available with a choice of blue, green or pink transparent casings which allow the user to view the unique wind-up mechanism inside, and only require a 30 second wind for 20 minutes of light. Fully charged the flashlight provides an incredible three hours and 20 minutes of light.

With its sleek, silver casing and microprocessor control, the powerful 1 Watt Jonta flashlight (£49.99) provides an intense 50 metre beam with shine visibility of up to three kilometres. The Jonta requires a 30 second wind for approximately 10 minutes of power and is ideal for evening walks or keeping in the car.

In common with a range of Freeplay Energy products such as the brand new Devo, wind-up DAB (digital) radio the Jonta is also available from John Lewis, Argos and other retailers.
