A finely geared mechanical tuning system, with both coarse- and fine-tuning controls in a concentric arrangement, ensures accurate control in selecting your preferred station.  This ensures minimal backlash and superior selectivity.

The Scout can receive AM (MW) 500-1700 kHz, FM 88-108 MHz, SW1 3-10 MHz, and SW2 10-22 MHz.
